8:30 - Doors Open

• Parking will be very limited, so please carpool when at all possible

• Seating in stadium bleachers is on a first-come, first-served basis.  All other seating will be on the grass field. Guests are encouraged to bring their own foldable camp chairs for seating on the stadium field - no shade tents or umbrellas.

• Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) seating will be available in the bleachers and as well as access to the turf field.

• We encourage you to apply sunscreen and bring plenty of water to drink! 
• Prohibited items include but are not limited to: Silly String, Beach Balls, Balloons, Noisemakers, Air horns, Firecrackers, explosives, or flammable devices of any kind.
• Our campus is a tobacco, alcohol, and substance-free zone; these are not permitted on school grounds. Firearms are also prohibited on campus. 
• No pets/animals will be permitted into the stadium (working service animals would be the exception).

We invite family and friends to join in the celebration from home by viewing a live stream of the graduation ceremony broadcast via your computer, tablet or smartphone.

The graduation ceremony at Caldera High School will be in both English and Spanish as we take pride in being the home of the Spanish Dual Immersion Program for Bend La Pine Schools.

The Caldera Family Organization will sell concessions in the Amenities Building until 9:45.

Please note: NO FOOD is allowed on the turf field or the track.  Food is allowed in the bleachers and surrounding areas only.

There are no tickets required for graduation in the Stadium.  If the wildfire season arrives early and air quality standards cannot be met, we will move graduation into our gym. Families will then be limited to five tickets per family.  If we need to move graduation inside, tickets will be issued to each graduate by June 4.

If thunderstorms are in the area, we will follow our current practices at outdoor events by moving individuals inside and waiting 30 minutes for storm activity to pass, and then we will resume the ceremony.
